Returns & Exchange

7-Day Return Policy

Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged during transit, or different from the product ordered.

The product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with its original packaging, tags, and invoice. All returns are subject to approval and quality inspection.

Refund or Store Credit

After the returned product passes quality inspection, the approved refund or store credit will be processed as per the ENSAC return policy. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns are not accepted for:

• Used, worn, or customer-damaged products
• Customized or made-to-order products
• Requests made after 7 days of delivery
• Change-of-mind returns

How to Request a Return

Contact ENSAC within 7 days of delivery with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos/videos if the product is damaged or defective.

After approval, our team will provide return pickup or shipping instructions. If a return is rejected after quality inspection, the product may be sent back at the customer's expense.
