THE WOMAN BEHIND ENSAC

Hi, I'm Aashima Gupta, founder of Ensac.

Every brand has a beginning. Mine began with a journey. A few years back, I had the opportunity to visit France in 2018 as part of my exchange program. While exploring its streets, boutiques, and fashion culture, I realised that fashion there was more than clothing-it was a way of expressing confidence, personality, and identity.

At the same time, I could not stop thinking about my own country. India has always been home to extraordinary craftsmanship. Yet I felt there was an opportunity to present this craftsmanship in a way that resonated with the modern woman.

THE BEGINNING

France sparked the inspiration.

A few years back, Aashima Gupta had the opportunity to visit France in 2018 as part of her exchange program. While exploring its streets, boutiques, and fashion culture, she realised that fashion there was more than clothing—it was a way of expressing confidence, personality, and identity.

At the same time, she could not stop thinking about her own country. India has always been home to extraordinary craftsmanship. Yet she felt there was an opportunity to present this craftsmanship in a way that resonated with the modern woman.

THE IDEA BECAME ENSAC

The idea became ENSAC.

The name ENSAC comes from a French word meaning “in a bag”. To Aashima, it represents much more than a handbag. It symbolises the stories we carry, the confidence we wear, and the dreams we pursue every day.

At ENSAC, bags blend timeless style with thoughtful craftsmanship. Every piece is created for women who appreciate quality, elegance, and authenticity.
