Exchange Policy – Ensac World

At Ensac World, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds.
We provide exchange only, subject to the terms mentioned below.


1. Exchange Eligibility (7 Days)

  • Products are eligible for exchange only if they are:

    • Defective

    • Damaged during transit

    • Incorrect product delivered

  • Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be:

    • Unused

    • In original condition

    • With original packaging, tags, and invoice intact

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

    • If the same product is unavailable, an alternative product or store credit will be offered.


2. No Return / No Refund Policy

  • Returns are not accepted.

  • Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

  • Change-of-mind exchanges are not allowed.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


3. Non-Eligible for Exchange

Exchange requests will not be accepted if:

  • The product shows signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by us

  • The product is customized or made-to-order

  • The exchange request is raised after 7 days from delivery


4. How to Initiate an Exchange

To request an exchange:

  • Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery

  • Share:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos/videos of the product (if damaged/defective)

    • Reason for exchange

  • Our team will review the request and share the exchange pickup or shipping instructions after approval.

5. Important Notes
