Products are eligible for return only if they are:

  • Incorrect product delivered

Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • With original packaging, tags, and invoice intact

All return requests are subject to approval and quality inspection.

2. Refund / Store Credit

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the approved amount will be processed as per company policy.

Refund or store credit will be provided only after successful quality verification.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Non-Eligible for Return

Return requests will not be accepted if:

  • The product shows signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by us
  • The product is customized or made-to-order
  • The return request is raised after 7 days from delivery
  • The customer wants to return the product due to change of mind
