Once your order is placed, it is usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.

Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners, and a tracking link will be shared shipping policy once your order has been dispatched.

Most orders are delivered within 6–10 working days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

During sale periods or times of high demand, dispatch may take longer, especially for handmade products.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a verification call is required before the order is processed. This may add around 1–2 days to the dispatch time.

Returns & Exchange

7-Day Return Policy

Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged during delivery, or different from the product ordered.

The product must be unused and in its original condition. It should also have its original packaging, tags and invoice. All returns are checked and approved by our team.

Refund or Store Credit

After the returned product passes the quality check, an approved refund or store credit will be processed according to the ENSAC return policy.

Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns are not accepted for:

• Used or worn products
• Products damaged by the customer
• Customized or made-to-order products
• Return requests made after 7 days of delivery
• Change-of-mind returns

How to Request a Return

Contact ENSAC within 7 days of delivery. Please share your order number, reason for return and clear photos or videos if the product is damaged or defective.

After approval, our team will share the return pickup or shipping instructions.

If a return is rejected after the quality check, the product may be sent back at the customer's expense.
