I don't have my tracking number
Check your order confirmation email or SMS — the AWB number is included there. You can also contact our support team with your order number and we'll look it up for you.
My tracking status hasn't updated
Tracking can take a few hours to refresh after each scan. If there's been no update for over 24 hours, reach out to our support team.
Can I change my delivery address?
Once your order is dispatched, the address usually can't be changed. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll try to help with rerouting.
