Returns & Exchange

7-Day Return Policy

We want you to receive your ENSAC product in the condition you ordered it. Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged during transit, or different from the product ordered.

The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging, tags and invoice intact. All return requests are subject to approval and quality inspection.

Refund or Store Credit

Once the returned product is received and successfully inspected, the approved refund or store credit will be processed according to the ENSAC return policy. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

Products Not Eligible for Return

Returns are not accepted for products that show signs of use or wear, damage not caused by ENSAC, customized or made-to-order products, requests made after 7 days of delivery, or returns requested due to a change of mind.

How to Request a Return

Contact ensachelp@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number, clear photos or videos of the issue if the product is damaged or defective, and the reason for the return.

After your request is reviewed and approved, our team will provide the return pickup or shipping instructions.

If a return request is rejected after quality inspection, the product may be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.
